Review: I signed up to receive training from the local agency located here in Georgia. The website directed me to the office located in Kansas. When I called to inquire about this the owner became irate with me. I informed her that it was misleading and that I wanted a refund. They told me that I would not receive a refund until I send the book back. The book was optional, not a part of the registration. This is very misleading practices.Desired Settlement: I want my refund immediately and they need to be required to post on their website that if you are looking for the local office then this is not the web address. The state of Georgia has the local website listed but it re-routes itself to the corporate office. Bad business practices.
