Hi ***, This is *** *** from A&D Electronics, regarding *** ***’s complaint, Below is out explanations: A&D is not the seller and A&D is not the manufacture for Surfus HoverboardChic (base in *** Zhen China) is the manufacture, Made-in-China (which *** *** work
with) is the seller, they sale this product to AmazonA&D is only the 3rd party, do part of customer service job for Made-in-ChinaFollow the service contract we had with them: if end user had a defective product, we will instruct end user send their defective units to our return center in CA, once we receive it, we will report to *** ***, and Made-in-China will take the case from there.(either give end user a refund or new units) this is why we link *** with *** together through email , try to speed up for her refund or exchange, It is really something A&D cannot offer herPlease let me know if you need more information from our sideThanks and Best Regards, ***

I only received a $150 refund on a $250 hover board that was only 3 months old, but I feel at this point, it's better than nothing. Thanks again
