The picture email is corrupt but here is the original response to this complaintWe went out several times to try and assist the customer had no charge to him but he did not want to make the proper corrections to fix the issuePlease note the things that needed to be corrected or not a trade that we provided for himI'm trying to get New pictures that are not corrected as soon as I do I will forward them to you Hey ***, As for the complaint from [redacted] , it’s not legitimate We redid the roof and sealed all around his AC unit It was a closed stand system, so we never had to lift it at all The thing is old and the pan is rusted, so water got through the pan, then rotted the plywood platform portion of the stand, then it finally caved in and water got trapped inside It’s leaking through the AC unit He allowed me to open it up and inspect it to determine the cause I did that and told him that in order to fix it, he would need to have the AC unit lifted and a new pan installed Or it could be removed altogether, then he would have to redo the shingles below and remove the walls around the stand He thinks this is something we should cover Photos Attached in other emailPlease review and let me know if you have any questions Thank You, Jarvis Jarvis La V [redacted] Ramos Family Concept

I would like to know why I never had the problem before. It has only happened since the roof was redone. I now have a bedroom I cannot use thanks to the roofers. I still think it was due to something they did wrong. besides the never did put the panels back on the stand. I kind of sounds like I either go with a lawyer or check with my home-owners insurance, to see what can be done
