A D Farrow Reviews (3)

I wasn't impressed with the frontline associate.  He was short with me, brushed off my requests, told me I had to physically come in for a refund and I felt he was rude.  However, Jessica ended up being great.  She followed up with me twice and as such I am thankful for the resolution.  I spend a lot of money at your establishment and want to be a life-long customer.  I hope the quality of your hires and their customer service skills improve in the future.  Everyone else there has been great.  The frontline parts person needs replaced.Thank you,

Order was placed immediately. Manager tried unsuccessfully to cancel order so our Dealership was charged. However, Manager called the next day to apologize for any insensitivity on the part of her Parts Associate and to tell the customer that we would absorb the loss and absolve customer from any...

charge. These keys are VIN specific to the customers bike and so cannot be used by anyone else. We are happy customer was able to find his key so that there was no further delay in his being able to use his motorcycle. And we resolved the issue without cost to the customer.

I purchased two new tires at the AD Farrow Harley [redacted]son Dealership in Sunbury, Ohio and I paid to have the dealership install the tires. When I got my bike back, it was shaking when I went above 35 miles per hour. I took my bike back in to be checked out and was told that the tech had to call Harley [redacted]son to research the issue. I was charged for the tech time and was told to bring the bike back in the following week. After full investigation, it was found that the tire that the dealership installed was faulty so a new tire was installed. I requested a refund of the fees charged to me that were a direct Davidson covered the tire but not the labor so the consumer has to pay for that labor. Since the dealership installed a faulty tire, they should stand behind their product and repair the mistake free of charge. The consumer should not have to pay for tech time twice when the original part that was installed was defective. The issue is between the dealership and Harley Davidson and the cost should not be passed to the consumer to pay for labor twice (e.g. original installation and then replacement of the defective tire). I am requesting a refund of the labor fees.
