Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below[One certain absolute non-negotiable criteria is that *** ***r, ad general contracting llc, or anybody associated is not allowed on the homeowners propertyThe reason is we, the homeowners, do not trust the work nor word of ad general contracting llc due to our current situation of them installing a non-compliant, out-of-code roof August 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, ***
We need a new compliant up-to-code roof as soon as possibleEstimate for a new roof on our home and gar*** is as states: existing roof removed and pictures taken, warped or damaged boards replaced and pictures taken, new felt installed rolls, new lifetime yr shingles installed, three yr workmanship warranty, three new lead pipes, ice and water shield added, starter shingles installed, valley roofed properly, installed new metal drip edge, inspect roof decking after tear off (ladder used and inspected from roof), clean area and haul away project debris, sweep area for nails with high power magnet, paint all pipes a matching color, all hand nailed four per shingle, snap chalk lines on roof deck, rake-lines, and ridges, repair support beams in attic (caused by ad general contracting llc), installed 40' of ridge/smart vent = $7,plus wood found damaged on home and gar*** not included in total (finished new future roof inspected two more times by owner and company inspector)We need to buy material and employ skilled labor also to hang shutters, stop gutter leaks, fix trim work on garage, clean concrete mess, etc...all in which ad general contracting llc caused = $That's over $8,Our good faith effort choice #(below) is extremely reasonable considering the evidence, out-of-code roof, and proof of obvious breach of original contract by contractor
1) We (homeowners) receive a certified check for $3,within seven daysWe keep the $4,not yet paid due to the fact that the contractor breached (material, major, and fundamental) the original contractThe replacement of the roof and repairs of work performed by ad general contracting llc are going to cost us over $8,We cancel the city of Louisville inspection as well as break all contacts, contracts past and future are null and void including any and all law suits, leans, or other legal documents by either party involvedWith this choice, we absorb over $1,that ad general contracting llc is responsible for.
2) We are confident. We have a strong case. We go to courtWe figure this might very well be a bigger issue then just our home and all potential past, present, and future victims need to be notified as well as city, county, and stateWe have reports (more to come), many pictures (more to come), witnesses, and audio/video recordings as evidenceIf resolution #is chosen then all evidence as deemed necessary will need to be turned over to the city of Louisville, Jefferson County, State, and Federal GovernmentRegards,

This is a respond to complaint # [redacted].

I went over to [redacted]'s  home Thursday August 21, 2014. Spoke with room mate who resides at the address. She opened the garage and showed me what complaints were.
I observed small some small hair line cracks inside the Garage floor...

and on the two foot apron in front of the garage. All concrete has wire mesh under it.  I assured her that they were only hair line cracks and that it would not affect the building. We state in our contracts that: " WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONCRETE NOT TO CRACK "
As per the contract that was signed by Homeowner. Please refer to bottom of contract that owner signed and was given a copy of.
Mr [redacted] did explain that Homeowner could spray a little W D 40 on the rollers of the garage door to control squeaking yearly, if necessary .
A.D. General Contracting LLC  assured her the building would not fall apart from workmanship, and that the building looked good.
The room mate told Mr. [redacted] that she would let [redacted] know, and that [redacted] would be home about 6:00.
Mr [redacted] told room mate if [redacted] had any questions that she could call him on his cell phone. [redacted] has not called him since.
Sincerely,
A.D. General Contracting LLC
