the company mention in complaint kept calling every day soliciting on line sales, every day at least 3-4 times per day,if not more.when I was home I would tell them ,my husband was not buying anything,they would ask. can you speak for him ,the answer was yes because my husband is not ,capable of making decisions himself.This continue to my knowledge from july 2012 until now.the whole matter was brought to my attention ,when a call came soliciting on line services starting at $50,ooo ,after all the discounts,it was brought down to $5,000.my husband was ask what credit card he would use,I over heard my husband on the phone I begin to ask him what it was all about.mean time my husband was looking for his credit card,it was then,I learn it was $20,000 dollars too late starting from july 13,until now.discover card was charged to our account for $10,000 on july 27,2912 chase slate credit card was charged in the amount of $6,000 on july 13,2012.exon master card was charged in the amount of $2,000 on august 31 ,12 my Husband is a disable vet and is under treatment,suffering from a mental disorder and does not make these kind of decision.the company was told this from the very first time they called,I was in touch with A and D marketing ,and was called Ignorant due to my lack of computer knowledge,the person name was Steve,he also said to me he need a disable.
