Review: We rented a 30 yard dumpster for delivery on Friday 10/2/15 to complete a garage demolition. It was supposed to arrive at 9am so we could start the job. It did not arrive until 2pm. We completed the job over the weekend and the dumpster was picked up by ADS on Monday 10/6/15. My customer called me and stated that when the dumpster was picked up, a lot of the debris fell out and was left behind in the middle of the alley. He was very upset. I called ADS and told them. They stated that someone would be back right away to pick up the debris. NO ONE EVER CAME. I ended up going back and picking it up, as well as was charged a $20 fee at the local dump to dispose of it. The customer was not satisfied with the service and will not use me again for future jobs.Desired Settlement: I would like some type of billing adjustment as well as my $20 reimbursed for having to take time to make a trip to the dump and being charged the user fee.

Response:
We are responding to ID #[redacted]. We spoke to the customer and explained to them that they overloaded the dumpster a couple feet over the top. The driver would not be able to tarp it and safely drive with out items falling out of the dumpster if it's over the top. We also did them a courtesy by not charging them for overage charges for the dumpster that was over the weight limit. The customer said they would contact your company to explain that everything was resolved.
Review: We ordered a 20yd dumpster to be delivered to [redacted] on friday 8/18/12. When was setting dumpster on the ground it slid and hit the garage. Also the driver set the dumpster on a patched are of the driveway a couple inches from house. Siding is damaged and dumpster sank into the ground causing large wholes in the driveway. When I called the owner to report the damages he immediately told me that there was no way that his driver hit the garage and its not the drivers responsibility of any damages to personal property. He also told me that he will call the police cause he is not responsible for any damages. The driver admits that she hit the house but he refuses to fix any damages.Desired Settlement: My customer would like the damages fixed so he don't trip over the large holes from the dumpster and the siding repaired. The customer is also holding final payment until damages are fixed so lost income.

[redacted] Statement of Property Damage on August,
17,2012
On Friday, August 17,
2012, I was sent to deliver a 20 yard lugger dumpster to a home off of [redacted]. When I arrived there, I discovered the driveway was U shaped with the house being at the
bottom of the
U. The owner ofthe home said the contractor wanted the dumpster put adjacent to the
home. There were
10 ft wires that ran from the middle of the home to each side of the driveway which
blocked me from putting the dumpster where the contractor wanted it due
to the arms on my truck
being higher than 10
ft which would tear down the wires. The owner then wanted me to try bringing
the dumpster Into the driveway on the other side
to be able to place the dumpster where the contractor
wanted it. The wires
were still In the way from this direction. So I called mv boss and he directed me to
try
to get it in there a different way. But because of the wires and door overhang, I could not place it
there. I stopped and got out of my truck while I was still on the phone with my boss describing the
obstacles which included a camper parked In the way. The home owner stated he couldn't move the
camper because
it would take too long, and that I should just go ahead and tear the wires down so he
could sue us.
My boss heard the home owner saying something and asked me to tell him what the
home owner
Just said. So I repeated that the home owner said to go ahead and tear the wires down so
he could sue us.
My boss said, "You better not". The home owner tried to call the contractor while I was
on the phone with
my boss. After several unsuccessful attempts bv the home olNner to reach the
contractor, I heard him leaving a message stating, "The dumpster people are here but can't put it where
you want, so I will have them place
It where I think it is best"'. The home owner then said to just hang up
with my boss and he knew where to put the dumpster. The original idea was
to be in the grass adjacent
to
the house but now the home owner wanted me to put it on the driveway blocking the sun mom door
and part ofthe garage. The home owner signed my paperwork that stated we are not responsible for
damage done
to the property. I gave him a copy of the contract then got in my truck and proceeded to
back up till I was 4 feet away from the house. When I started to place the box down, the home owner
stated I needed
to put the box closer to the house. I told him I COUldn't go too dose to the house
because the rollers on the bottom of the box are used when the box hits the ground to be removed from
the truck. The home owner said that he would guide me back so that I don't hit
the house. He had me
stop too dose to the house so when I stopped, the box fell off the truck the rest
of the way and hit the
house. I stopped immediately and put
my emergency brake on, got out the truck and then the owner
said, "'Don't look
at It, it's my fault. Just get back In your truck and move the box a little away from the
house"'. When I got out of the truck after moving It forward, he repeated again not to worry about
it
thilt
it was his fault. He also stated that he had extrcl siding and that he would have the contractor
replace the three panels of siding that were damaged because his contractor Is a very handy man. He
again stated, '"There's nothing
to worry about, I have extra panels". I unhooked the chains from the
dumpster and put
my truck arms back up. He repeated again when I got out my truck that there wasn't
any damage other than the three panels on the garage. He told me
to finish out my day and not worry
about it and have a beer. I told him I don't drink. He
stated, "That's not goodn

I told him to have a nice
day and I left. I then called the contractor who did not answer his phone. I left a message for him
to call
me regarding what happen. He never returned my call.·

01:30 FA! [redacted]Three days later, my boss called me while I was on the road, and asked me what happen to the house on
Friday's delivery.
My boss stated he received a call from the contractor that there was damage to the
garage
and broken concrete. I explained the situation that there was only three panels damaged, no
broken concrete. He said to
go pick the dumpster up right away. There was a [redacted]subcontractor's truck pulling up at the same time as I did. The contractor for the roof got out the
driver's seat
and two other guys got out the passenger seat. The contractor said, "Your boss Is an
[redacted] wanted him to do was take responsibility for the
damage." So I explained to him what
happen on Friday and that the home owner repeated several times not
to worry about It that it was his
fault
for guiding me. The subcontractor stated that the asphalt damage was my fault. I told him the bex
was too heavy with the shingles in
It and it made the wheels sink. The contractor stated he would have
left It alone if
my boss wasn't such an [redacted] so now he's going after us fur both the asphalt and the
garage damage. The home owner
came out and said, "No, the gatage damage isn't her fault. I'm just
concerned about these
holes In the asphalt". I took pictures of the holes in the asphalt and the damage
to the three garage panels. I told them I would have my boss
call them regarding this. I then loaded the
dumpster onto my truck and left.
