This has to do with your Star Trek Online game for the Xbox One
Basically its a buggy, laggy, non working piece of steamy junk...Arc blames it on lags on the server since its one place, which to me is itic, but its because of severe bugs in the game code that they are too lazy to fix
I have seen a plethora of complaints in the chat during the game and Arc does nothing to fix them....Ive complained as well to no avail...Since your company name is attached to this, you all need to straighten those people out
