If you really care about you car and do not want to be robbed by upcharges and random repairs- DO not use this company and they are crooks and they are not timely at all.

Review: When I paid A&D $1,600.00 it was my understanding that was payment in full for work being done. They called and said that my truck would take longer and would cost $600.00 more.

I feel they should have know from the beginning how many hours it would take - I think they are trying to take advantage of a single woman truck owner.Desired Settlement: Completing work done for price already paid.

Company states that the consumer simply did not pay attention to the itemization break down on the work done and the cost. The rear end of her vehicle had to be overhauled at an extra $700 which she was fully aware of.
