Sent in my defective drive, but a situation went down I worked with Leonard to do everything I could to solve the problem and he was really helpfulMy situation is resolved thanks to his quality assistance all this time
I would consider buying ADATA products in the future, though I feel the support could improve a bit compared to leading competitors:)
Also, you guys should be nicer to customer care representatives, because they are people just like you and alot of times, the things that happen that you don't like are completely out of their control
