We were unaware of anything that was wrong until we received a letter from *** *** on 3/5/18. We contacted him immediately and had one of our guys go out there to fix any issues that homeowner had. As you can see on the attached email from *** ***, this was handled to
the homeowner satisfactionI hope this clears up everything for usThank you
