A Dependable Locksmith Specialist

Website says $40 to open a locked house, and does not mention what constitutes an "Emergency Service" or the price. After my house was opened, I was charged $194 since it was Sunday. The locksmith had already opened the lock so I could not refuse. This business also shows up as "Out of Business" on the Revdex.com site. The locksmith showed up in an unmarked van and gave me a card saying "[redacted]". Is this a scam??
