A Different Facet Fine Jewelers, Inc.

On 8/25/12 I went into the jeweler to have a custom made ring done for my birthday. I cashed in around a $1000 of gold, sold for scrap and also to make my ring. After several hours my order was complete. Mr. Dixon the owner told me that my ring would be ready on 9/25/12. On 9/25/12 I returned to the jeweler only to find that Mr. Dixon only had a computer image of two different rings and I told him which one I that I wanted. On 10/6/12 he sent me an email of a more believable rending of the ring. On 10/11/12 I returned to the shop and saw that they had the casting of the ring and the gemstone that I wanted. On 10/30/12 I returned again to the shop to be told that it has been sent off to the cutter (cut the stone and inlay into gold ban). On 11/10/12 I returned and Mr. Dixon told me he has no idea when my ring would be ready, that it was out of his control. At that point I said that was unacceptable to me, and felt like they didn't care when I receive my ring, I said calmly as I was ready to cry. Mr. Dixon raised his voice at me and pointing his cell phone to me and told me to call his partner (cutter). His wife was very nice and tried to tell me that this takes time etc. As I was leaving in tears Mr. Dixon yelled at me not to return to his shop. I said WHAT? You almost a $1000 of my gold.He stated don't come back we will call you when it is done. The current address of the shop is 182 Neff Ave, Town Center w-6, Harrisonburg va.
