A Different Light Photography

Oh, I just responed that my complaint has been resolved and gave detailsbut I forgot to include one thingthis photographer's boyfriend messaged me on facebook cussing me out over the whole ordeal! I find that highly unprofessional and I don't appreciate being cursed at and name-called since I was a paying customer and did nothing wrong but try to get my photographs that I paid for months ago, and she lied multiple times that she had them in the mail and she didn't (because she finally met me this weekend and handed them to me) The whole thing has been incredibly frustrating I wanted to make sure that you all knew she has other people in her personal life harrassing people online now! I have every message saved from him, her, and multiple threads of other people upset about paying her and her lying and never getting their pictures

pictures over the weekend, that I was filing a report with the sheriff's office.  She immediately responded stating that she'd meet me this weekend with my photos, which I find amusing since she stated she had already mailed them to me on July 9. Seems a little impossible to me if they were already mailed, but guess what- she met me Sat. July 18 and gave me my pictures.  So clearly, the photographer lied. I have tons of saved facebook messages to show this.  I also have pages and pages of saved postings where there are dozens and dozens of parents upset because she told them the same thing- the photos are being mailed and she never once mailed them.  She only started responding to messages and agreed to meet a few people, and then arranged one more meeting this coming Weds July 22 to give more parents their photos- after those parents also notified the news outlets, the Revdex.com, and attorney general, or if they also stated they'd go to the police.  I can supply photos of these messages, or copy and paste some of them into an email if any are needed.  4 months, lies and more lies, even if I did FINALLY get my photos, it took way too much effort on my part and she is not taking care of business or customers very well.Thanks for your help. My complaint has been resolved, but dozens of other parents she took money from still haven't gotten their merchandise.  I wonder if her business is actually a legitimate registered business in the state of Ohio???
