Review: To whom it may concern I made an order with adirect two weeks before passover and gave a $12,500.00 deposit on products I was told I would receive in two weeks time from placing order adirect waited 9 days from when I placed order to inform me that the cabinets I ordered was out of stock and it would be 6 to 8 weeks for them to be produced and shipped to US I then called and canceled the order around noon the Friday before passover I was then told by adirect that they ([redacted]) stopped answering phones at noon because of an early start to passover and that he could not confirm order cancellation until passover was over I waited until passover was over and emailed and called asking for confirmation order was cancelled and adirect completely ignored my request to cancel he blamed passover for not being able to cancel an order that had yet to be produced never mind shipped to US My house was severely damaged from sandy and we could not wait the 6 to 8 weeks adirect told us it would take so we ordered cabinets from another vendor and adirect still refuses to cancel to add insult to injury we designed two bathrooms around quartz counter tops from adirect he is also unable to get them so he is willing to cancel counter tops( which we found from another vendor in two days) but unwilling to let us out of cabinet order even though we canceled before the were even produced right now it is in dispute with american express and we could be waiting to August to get a decision adirect is insisting that it was a custom order and he is not able to cancel. I called cabinet manufacturer directly and was told canceling order was not an issue because they are stock items ( although adirect mistakenly calls them custom) the reason we chose fabuwood cabinets in the first place was we were told it was all in stock with a two week turnaround my self and my family are with out kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity since sandy can you please help resolve this issue we are in great distress over this we feel we were mislead by adirect regarding cabinets and they used passover as a convenient excuse to ignore our request to cancelDesired Settlement: To credit my American express card for the $12,500
