Absolutely the most shady, unprofessional, uncaring, and dishonest company I have ever experiencedWe rent a house that oharmony realty manages and there have been so many issues since we moved inThey send a "handyman" to "fix" everything from the heat, electricity, to broken refrigerators The handyman speaks only Chinese and I have asked for proof of his credentials many times and have not been provided with any proof that he is qualified to be fixing our electrical problems, heat, and refrigeratorOharmony has absolutely no problem letting people live in an unsafe house as long as they get their money I have a yr old and living in this house is scary, a total nightmare
Worst realty company I've ever gone through. Karen is never available, maintenance requests are never met, it's been 45days since move out and still no one has any clue where my deposit is. Definitely would not suggest this company to my worst enemy
O'Harmony Realty is one of the worst property management companies in Vegas. I am currently one of their tenants and they continuously neglect to correspond to multiple emergency request that we've submitted. We have been without AC for over a week, and part of our home does not have power due to an electrical issue. The emergency line goes straight to voicemail and no one ever answers. As not only a resident of one of their properties, I am also a licensed real estate agent in Nevada. Their lack of professionalism, due diligence and basic customer service correspondence is astounding and I will be filling a complaint at the Nevada Real Estate Division as well as the Revdex.com. I will never refer O'Harmony Realty to anyone.
