A+ Disposal Service

on 6/19/2012 a+ disposal service was scheduled to pick up my trash the trash pickup is on tuesdays I called and spoke to a manager named [redacted] on 6/19/2012 he was suppose to have dispatched the trash truck to have them come back out to get my trash on 6/20/2012 I spoke to mr [redacted] again and informed him that they hadnt pick it up my words to him was this isnt the first time this has happened and if it continues to happen then I will swith to a diffrent trash provider mr[redacted] remarks to that was ok you just took care of it take care of the trash yourself you piece of st and then hung the phone up in my face im sorry but this is a disrespectful way to talk to someone on the phone and I ask that mr [redacted] be repremanded for his actions he laughed at me when I told him I know that there has to be someone over top of him so to him he runs the business and can talk to people anyway he likes to please contact me back thanks
