A Divorce by Phone

A Divorce By Phone was listed in the [redacted] County [redacted] on page 19 under attornies. However, they are not attornies and cannot give legal advice but do. I have never been treated so horribly in my life and I have worked in Customer Service all my life. When I got the contract it stated that they were not attornies. I called to cancel theservice and they refused to give me my money back. I had three different people actually yell at me and hang up on me. This is not how a business should be run. I am highly dissatisfied with this company. I was also quoted $499 plus tax. When I received the receipt I was charged $635. When I called back they said there were 2 more fees which were not quoted before. [redacted],who is supposedly the manager, was the rudest to me and also hung up on me.
