Thank you for your communication dated February 8, 2018 regarding Ms. [redacted]’s complaint. I have spoken with my staff who served Ms. [redacted] and was advised that Ms. [redacted] never ordered the Bottomless Mimosas (a specific drink listed on the menu, listed as “Bottomless Mimosas (Monday – Friday Only) $14.99,” but instead was ordering various mimosas from our ala-carte menu, listed as “Over 100 Mimosas $6.00 Each.” Ala-carte mimosas are made with more expensive champagne, thus their per-drink price. Our Bottomless Mimosas include our house champagne and are priced accordingly. Only when presented with her bill did Ms. [redacted] express she wanted the Bottomless Mimosa and the pricing that goes with it, after consuming ala-carte mimosas. Unfortunately there was some sort of misunderstanding between Ms. [redacted] and my server. In seeking to keep positive relations with our customers and the neighborhood we run our business in, to resolve this issue we will extend the Bottomless Mimosas pricing and issue a refund to Ms. [redacted] in the amount of the difference in price via a check mailed to her at her home address listed, [redacted]. We will continue to train and develop our staff in order to achieve positive dining experiences for our customers and to avoid future confusion. Please contact me should you have any additional questions. Thank you.
