I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are liars and crooks.
tell customers that average delivery date is between 2-3 weeks depending on where the location is at. more like 1-2 months! but not everything arrive. items are stolen or replaced with something else. DO NOT send phones or any electronic devices. They will take it and tell you "it's in custom's hand...just have to wait" after 4 MONTHS, people in Vietnam still have not receive their gift. Then BRAYDEN LE would call and harrassed me after I called his company a thief. Who wouldn't think the same if your package is "held" for over 4 months. We called him numerous times. He won't answer. and wont even return our phone calls. If the package is held that long and I can't get a response from the company then anyone would call them a thief. 2 iphones worth $2,000! Brayden only offered $600 now that it's "lost" this is very unacceptable!

I will never send anything through them again!

sent iphone5 to vn in Nov 2014. my family have not got it. nearly 9 mths now. I know they lost it. won't give me money for my phone and money for service. can't contact them at all. never pick up phone.

Review: On November 24, 2013, I came to A Dong Global, LLC at 14924 Dillow St. Westminster city, CA 92683 shipped a box of fruits and goodies to my country. My tracking number is [redacted]. In verbal, a reception guy told me that within a week my family will be received it. However, over 11 days my family did not received. I tried to contact him by his company phone on the invoice, no one pick up because incorrect phone number. I came to his office ask to refund my box and service fees. In that time, he was not in his office, another reception called the owner talk on phone with me. Owner ([redacted]) said:" We have a problem with custom that is a reason why is was delayed your box" I asked him to return my box, including service fees. He sai:"I can refund service fee but your box I will take away." I did not agree about the way of his service. Does he have the right to take away customer's box? I told him I will make a complaint. He jells so loud on phone go ahead to do what's ever I want to do. This is really bad services! When I got home, I called my family then just know that they just received a box; however, of course all damage fruits (persimons)and messy, cannot be used it.Desired Settlement: I just want to know :" Do they have a right to take away customer's stuff for this situation?" Alo, make sure on his invoice and receipt are correct phone number to contact. Last question, "Is this company have the right permission to export shipment?" I would like to hear from you soon. Sorry for response late as I was on business trip and just returned office few days ago.

With regard to this complaint, I would like to explain in details the situation as follows :

1. Firstly, please refer to the the attached A DONG CARGO SENDING GIFT REGULATION mentioned in Vietnamese and was pasted in these three easy-see locations in our office at 14924 Dillow St Westminster CA 92683.

In this Regulation, at :

- Article 3 : Sending Gift with special conditions :

. Any easily - damage like fruit : SHOULD BE PACKED CAREFULLY and A DONG GLOBAL LLC WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE KIND OF ITEMS IN CASE DAMAGE HAPPENED DUE TO WEATHER - AIRPLANE SCHEDULE DELAYED OR CANCELLED mentioned very clear in Article # 6 - Part # 5. ( A DONG GLOBAL WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBLE IN CASE GOODS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DUE TO THEIR NATURAL INSTINCT )

2. Secondly, we have much experiences on sending fruit for our customers like apple or orange to Vietnam without any problem, but for other kind of fruit we explain very carefully with customer that we will not guarantee anything on the quality issue due to airplane schedule can be delayed anytime. THAT'S WHY WE TRAINED OUR EMPLOYEE very carefully on this issue.

3. Regarding to this customer I have been reported from our employee that she came to our office and strongly complained and yelled severely in front of our other customers at that moment when her package has not been sent to her relatives as schedule.

We already explained to her that we have fixed the regular schedule from USA to Vietnam normally 7 business days ( without weekend like Saturday and Sunday ) and our schedule was happened same but she claimed over 11 days ??? I and our employee have tried to explain with very polite way but she always yelled and thread to sue us if we did not return her package and the fee ??? How can she get back her package while it was on the way to Vietnam ??? Do you think it is reasonable or not.??

When she came to our office and in front of our current customers there, she tried to damage our reputation by requesting our employee returned her package and the paid fee before. Other customers there also helped us to explain but she did not agree and our employee made a call to me while I were very far from this office.

At that time I tried to explain and I said that if I compensate her full amount, so her package in Vietnam will belong to us ??? Right ??? She yelled and said very impolite words over the phone??? She said that she will sue us then she run away after she claimed very cloud in front of our office again.

Finally, when she returned home, she reconfirmed that her relatives just received it. It means we did not keep her package but due to the airplane had been delayed one or two days?

Frankly speaking we did not want to loose any customers as I have spent a lot of money for advertising on newspaper - radio and TV. However, some customers did not sympathize and try to make us more difficult when any issue happened beyond our control like weather - airplane schedule delayed..

The above explanation is just for your reference and we will try to contact this customer again for best solution.

I did not aggreed his explanation. It's not truth! I came to his office around 5:00pm without any customers in office, only myself and his receiptionist. The receiptionist cannot resolve problem, then she called him. As a business owner he must be explain and talk with customer in manner, but he did not. He told me a gift box will be forfeited if he refund fee for me. I did not see this rule with any business in America. Remember this is America . Furthermore, since the first time his employee did not provided any gift regulation as he said. He just said within a week (did not said 7 business days) my relative will be received it. If his employee told me the truth I will not send it. I am willing to wait for him give me a call.
