I had taken my wife's 2000 Jeep grand Cherokee to the shop for a Radiator. The initial visit was for [redacted] the worker to put in a salvaged Radiator. The worker seemed to be under the influence and broke my coolant fan assembly, the lower transmission line in the radiator twisted and leaking, my transmission has internal problems. Do to the driving back home from Louisville without correct amount of fluid. hood release handle broken. took vehicle back twice for All Riverport Auto Salvage to fix. Spoke with [redacted], the owner personally. [redacted], the Assistant Manager, and Wade the service man and all three men said they would fix it.
