A+ Drain Cleaning and Plumbing

A+ Drain Cleaning and Plumbing got the job done after their second attempt. I had a shower handle that was leaking. They installed a new cartridge and reattached the shower handle backwards making the hot water cold and cold water hot. They came back and fixed it after I called again to report the defective repair job. Overall, the job was done properly, but for a simple repair like this, I would have expected them to fix it right the first time.

This is a rip off company with no moral standards and customer service. Robert the plumber and Christy the receptionist are both unprofessional and down right rude. My insurance company assigned them so I had no choice in picking up with vendor. Robert came to my property on two different occasion, refused to do the job and leave without even telling us whether the insurance company will cover the issue or not. When I called at their office Christy spoke with me so rudely and was not helpful. I will urge to please cancel his license and should not be called for any service

sent these jokers out to my home for a few repairs. The plumber they sent spent more time in his truck on the phone then he did fixing the issues. The sewer issue I was having I was told by him was his company does not have them go down into the crawl space to fix plumbing/sere issues. To top it off he caused a leak in my water softener and they LIED to *** stating they could find no issues wrong even though he never even attempted to find them.

First, I'm not entirely sure whether to blame the plumbers or Landmark, the home warranty company. They basically blame each other. Bottom line, as a consumer, decide whether you have time to waste on your repair needs or you want the job done in a reasonable amount of time and then take your choice. My water heater started leaking on Thursday; I called Landmark who called A+. This was the middle of Thursday afternoon. Since it wasn't a gush, but rather a steady drip, I figured it would be OK when they offered a first thing Monday appointment. But then Monday rolled around all partied agreed I needed a new heater, but that it would be Wednesday. And by mid-day on Monday, it was going to be Wednesday pretty much no matter who I called or what price I paid. Had I known that on Thursday, I could have just paid and very likely had a new water heater on Friday.
(And for the record, whether due to my screaming and yelling or some stroke of good fortune, I did get a water heater on Monday.)

These people have been out five times to fix the problem and won't do it. They just keep chasing the same part and charging the warranty company. They never fix the problem. They are either incompetent or dishonest or both, but either way, avoid if you can
