Elite Flooring has failed to provide repair service for work they performed They have cancelled appointments
My husband and I purchased a new CalAtlantic home from CalAtlanta in SouthFork in Riverview, FL, of which the builder contracted with Elite Flooring to install tile floors and bath wallsSome minor repairs are needed to the work they performed and my husband and I have been trying unsuccessfully to get them to make repairs We have scheduled appointments with Rick at Elite Flooring He has called to cancel all of them Following are more specific details:
- August - This was the first appointment scheduled with Rick for 08:am - 12:pm Contractor called at 1:pm to say he was running late, called back to reschedule to next day, same time
- August - Contractor did not show and I call at ~12:pm to ask when contractor would show Rick informed me that contractor was behind schedule and I had to reschedule appointment to 8/24, 12:00-4:pm
