Review: We hired "A Dynamic Construction" to fix our leak problem in the master bath upstairs. Because of this leak, the kitchen ceiling downstairs right below the bath had huge water marks and water stains.

They agreed to re-caulk / grout the tiles in the shower area to fix the leak problem and cover the stains and paint the kitchen ceiling as well. After they finished the re-caulking, grouting, the leak only got worse. Water started pouring around a pot light area in the kitchen. Then they said it could be plumbing problem and ended up breaking the tiles around the shower handle, opening the sheet rock of kitchen ceiling to find the root cause of the leak.

Later it was proven that they missed a spot of caulking which was the root cause of the leak and no problem with the plumbing or the drain of the shower area. We ended up paying more money to replace the tiles they broke and the sheet rock they cut to find the problem that never existed. We paid in full. Owner Lynn did not agree when I said I'll hold $50 until she finishes the entire work. But she did not agree. She demanded full payment ahead and promised that she will come back to finish the kitchen ceiling work.

In the end, they were supposed to cover the water stains and paint the ceiling which is still incomplete. I tried texting the owner Lynn several times and left couple of Voicemails over the phone. No response.

This has caused us lot of inconvenience and undue spending on this project.Desired Settlement: We need the company to complete the job they signed up for. i.e fix the water stains and paint the kitchen ceiling
