Ms. [redacted] is being deceitful in her statements. Her first payment of tax/title was due on 12/14/15. That payment is sent to the Clerk's office to obtain a memorandum title so that the title is taken out of the name of A&E Auto Service and makes the customer liable for any accident that may...

Her second payment of $75.00 was due on 12/30/15. It is our policy to not accept any partial payment as it sets a precedent if any court case arises. As agreed we made the repairs on 12/12/15 that Ms. [redacted] had concerns about upon purchasing, at no charge to her. After her purchase it came to our attention that Ms. [redacted] had previously purchased another vehicle from A&E Auto Service on 9/30/14, with the same contractual agreement. Ms. [redacted] made the first 2 payments and then stopped paying on the vehicle. The result was a repossession on that vehicle also. We do work with most of our customers but our computer will red flag a customer that has a record of not paying or has a previous repossession. am attaching a copy of the original contract and a breach of contract document that was signed by Ms. [redacted]. Thank you, [redacted], OwnerA& E Service/Sales

[redacted]8:36 PM Hello I did not get to add into the response box for the rejection status I made for the business response. please add this or allow me to resubmit my rejection  with the following response. I have not been deceitful in my statement everything that the business responded with was In my initial complaint expect for a typo of the tax and title due date I entered 12.15.15 by accident and yes correctly it was due on 12.14.15. Yes I did purchase a prior vehicle in which  payments were made up until I made notice to them that issues with the vehicle that were said to be fix and never was made. I took the vehicle to a outside mechanic and he confirmed the supposed repairs were not one at all.  At the time I worked out in solon and lived in Euclid ohio to far of a drive to be in a non reliable vehicle so I refused payment for not using a reliable vehicle. In which they repossessed the car instead fixing it like they said they would and then demanded full balance of vehicle in 10 days of repossession. In this matter yes repairs promised to be fix were fixed on 12.12.15 so how did I not communicate late payment to business. In the enclosed contract states repossession not for total balance of vehicle and looses vehicle in 10 days from possession and forfeiting down payment. That is not in the contract what is due is due. They refused what was due from me and demanded I pay full balance. The only resolution I will accept is receiving my 1700.00 down payment back or receiving the vehicle back for what was due which is 539.10The vehicle was in possession for 3 weeks no damage to the vehicle was made, repairs were made which will constitute for a better sale for that business and they will be able to sell the vehicle at full price. I will even accept 1200.00 back out of my down payment and give up my 500.00 for "rental purposes" to compensate for mileage.

Ms. [redacted] is able to obtain her vehicle at any time if she pays the vehicle in full. She was given a second chance because we knew we had already repossessed a previous vehicle from her.When Ms. [redacted] did not make her first payment on time we tried to contact her on 12/15/15 and left a message and then again on 12/26/15 and left another message. Ms. [redacted] only contacted us after her vehicle was repossessed. We are open from 10 till 6 everyday of the week and 10 till 5 on Saturday. Ms. [redacted] had every opportunity to contact us prior to the repossession as her contract was explained fully to her including what could happen if payments were not made on time. If the salesman offered to assist her if she gave information on another customer it would have been in a monetary form which he may have taken off the repossession fee. This is a customary practice when he is trying to obtain additional information for the repossession company. Thank you, [redacted], Owner A&E Auto Service/Sales

knowledge of their financial circumstances and we do not inquire about their personal business. We require no banking or financial information on our credit application. Ms. [redacted] said she had a certain amount to work with on the down payment ($1000.) and our salesman showed her several vehicles in that price range that she could choose from and she did test drive more than one. The amount of the down payment on each car is a reflection of how much we had to pay for the vehicle. She chose the [redacted] as her purchase and was aware of the mileage at the time of purchase. (187, 302) We sell many vehicles with that many miles and more.  Although all vehicles are sold as is, each contract is explained thoroughly too every customer including Ms. [redacted] and she assured us that the payment amount was not a problem for her. Every paper is explained and then signed by the customer. Ms. [redacted] did contact us regarding the check engine light and we made an appointment for March 5, to repair that problem for her at no charge. She was reminded that her first payment of tax/tile was due. She did not pay the first payment as she stated but indicated that she would be in on March 8th with payment. We did have to reschedule her appointment for March 15, as our mechanic was out on a family emergency. She did not show for her second appointment nor did she call to cancel. She has not contacted us or made any attempt to pay as agreed. We do not high pressure any customer as they are the only one that knows their financial ability to pay. Ms. [redacted] needs to catch up on her payments so that the vehicle is not repossessed. I am providing a copy of all paper work signed by Ms. Trammel. Thank you, Anthony P[redacted], Owner
