On the night of questioning Mrs*** was in a vehicle accidentA&E
Towing
received a call from for a tow at the seen of the accidentWhen the driver
arrived at the seen he pulled up to the vehicle of question, but the member of the
said vehicle was not presentThe were police at the seen and they informed the
driver that Mrs*** was sent to the hospital and to tow her car to the A&E yard
for safe keepingThe A&E driver also contacted AAA dispatch and informed them
that the member of said vehicle was not present, AAA dispatched also directed A&E
driver to tow the car to the yard for safe keeping, so the driver did soAbout four to
five hours later Mrs*** called AAA looking for her vehicleThe dispatcher for
AAA explained to her that because she was at the hospital, AAA and the police at the
seen directed the A&E driver to tow her car to the yardIt is AAA police that if there
is no member present the vehicle must be towed to the yardMrs*** became
very irateThe AAA dispatched gave Mrs*** A&E's night divers contact
informationWhen Mrs*** contacted the A&E driver, he tried to explain to her
the situation but she still was irate would not allow him to talkShe told the driver
that she was going to contact Cypress Police and report that her car was stolenThe
A&E driver was not able to speak so he told Mrs*** that he would contact his
supervisor and she could speak to himThe driver then contacted the A&E manager,
*** ***, and gave him Mrs*** contact informationWhen *** called Mrs
***e he tired to explain to her that he would have her car towed her to her
house but Mrs*** was very rude and would not allow *** to speakWhile on
the phone Mrs*** was yelling and using profanity*** then hung up because
he could no longer talk to Mrs***Cypress police then called *** and he
explained to them the situationCypress Police asked if the car was drivable and
*** said that no the car was not drivableThey then asked that A&E tow the car to
the street and park it there so Mrs*** could have it towed by another
company*** informed them that A&E could not do so because they were
responsible for the vehicleCypress Police and *** then came to the agreement that
with a Cypress Police Officer present A&E would tow the vehicle out to the front
parking lot and an A&E driver would give the keys of the vehicle to the officer and
leave the police responsibleMrs, *** also agreed to this and then had another
towing company come and tow her vehicle to her desired destination
