Review: On 11/23/2013 I went to purchase a car radio for my son for Xmas. I went there because I have had good service there in the past. [redacted], who said he was the owner, showed me a radio for $200 and another he said was "$50" more. As he was explaining the radios my girlfriend said the old owner quoted her $600 for one for her car. He told her he could do it for a lot cheaper if we bought two radios. He said he would give us a Black Friday deal. We ended up buying three radios and he said he would give us another discount. Two for me $250 and $339 quoted and one for her $500 quoted. He charged me $820.99. Later I realized he had charged more than he quoted. I checked on line and other stores were $200-$300 cheaper. I called and he said he would refund my money. I went back on 11/25/13 and he refused to give me a refund. Offered to throw in cables and speakers I don't need. Refused to give me his last name. Said he wasn't the owner mike was. Refused to give me owners last name or number. Refused to show me his price list for the radios and installation. Said he didn't have a price list for his goods, he just types the price in the computer. He overcharged me. Lied about discounts and the fact that he owns the store. And he price gauged me. Said he would try to give me an updated radio but refused to tell me the price. All I want is to either pay a fair price or just get my money refunded.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would just like to have my money refunded and cancel the purchase. Failing that pay a fair price for the goods and service not just numbers he made up.
