[redacted] of AE Contractors at [redacted] has claimed he did not receive money from me to replace one section of concrete drive in front of garage and caulk the porch railing of the house in which live, at [redacted] gave him $1,cash down payment (which would be half of the total amount due, to be given at job's completion)He requested cash only and complied.Later, as he walked off the job asked if he was coming backHe said something to the effect that I could do it myselfI called his home, several times and he did not answer, nor return my callsI called the police and the housing inspector for NorwoodAfter he spoke with them he left a message on my phone that should be able to find a different contractor to complete the job with the remaining fundsI still have the message.He did NOT perform S1,worth of work and I would like at least $1,of the amount returnedEspecially since the new contractor had to work around or remove most of what was done by AE ContractorsI feel I have paid twice! vehicle was angled to block the driveway. He tried knocking on the front door, but she did not answer. He had to cancel the concrete order, and had to pay for that. She has not paid for any work done, and owes him money.

I called his home, several times and he did not answer, nor return my calls. I called the police and the housing inspector for Norwood. After he spoke with them he left a message on my phone that should be able to find a different contractor to complete the job with the remaining funds. I still have the message.He did NOT perform S1,500.00 worth of work and I would like at least $1,000.00 of the amount returned.
