A & E Factory Service

I needed a repair on a dishwasher that was under the manufacturer's warranty. They scheduled the appointment with A&E Factory Service. I was told to wait at my home from noon until 5 pm. I received a robo call confirmation the day prior confirming my appointment. No technician showed up for the appointment. I called A&E Factory Service and they explained to me that while I did have an appointment scheduled, they did not have any technicians available because they overbooked the scheduling for the day. I was told I would have to wait another week to reschedule the appointment. They gave me another 5 hour window to wait.
