Revdex.com has spoken to Joe at business and the following has been relayed:As long as the consumer signs a release, I am willing to giver her back the $for the fillers, even though there was nothing wrong with the fillers or the injectionsBusiness is sending a release to Revdex.com who will forward to consumer to sign if agreed upon

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We are extremely sorry that you were and still are not satisfied with the results of the injection of Botox you received we did return your money and did ask you to come in again so we can see what your issue was and possibly could take correct it but if you remember you did refuse to come...

again.If you would like to come in now by appointment only we would be still willing to try to fix the problem  we can not fix it over the phone or by emails.You are claiming your right is half closed we would like to see that and we would also have The doctor MD examine it.You were told that the form you signed states that is one of the side effects of Botox.Botox peaks in two weeks and then starts loosing it strength so it is highly unlikely that your eye condition will last for months. You also stated that you were hung up on and forgot to state the reason every other word coming out of your mouth was the * word as you know no one has to put up wit being cursed at including yourself.You also forgot to state that you were called back and agred to come in on your lunch hour on Friday to be examined again but with consulting with the Doctor he gave you the choice of a refund which you choose or your next injection FREE and if you so choosed he would inject you.You did not bring up the Filler injection complaint before now so we were not aware that you were not satisfied with the results, untill today whe we received a dispute for the credit card company and now the Revdex.com which the credit card company is only concern is that you received the product you purchased not satisfied with the results.  If you remember our nurse injector recommended that you purchase anadditional  2 Syringes of [redacted] which you did but then canceled at the time of the injection, so it is very possible that you need more filler to get the results you are looking for, again pictures were taken and  you were injected so there has to be a difference and if you would like to make an appointment to come in to view the difference we would more tha happy for you to view the pictures.Again an appointment is necessary.We have done everything possible to satisy you and we are still willing to try if you would like us to. Thank You

Referring to my current account statement, you will see that there is an unpaid balance + interest in the amount of $214.81 with the next payment due 8/26. This was unfairly charged to my account by the above-named company.

The fact of the matter is that they NEVER delivered ANY services to me. To date, all of their charges which amounted to $2530.00 have been voided off of my account (with the help of your customer service center) with the exception of $214.81. A&E NYS Surgery Center is trying to illegally make a profit by quoting this fee as a “cancellation fee.” The pathetic truth is that I had a couple of questions about their services and they tried to qualify me for a payment plan (should I decide to employ their services.) Exactly, what are we “cancelling”? This company should be further investigated for credit fraud. How many other people are they trying to rip off while qualifying payment plans through [redacted]? It is disgusting to think that they could be getting away with this.

I hope that this matter will be resolved in an efficient manner. I also hope that this letter will heighten awareness of [redacted], initiate further investigation and action against this company for their gross fraudulent business practices.
