A & E Homes

We (the Purchaser) signed a New Home Construction Contract with A & E Homes, LLC (the Builder) on 1 Feb 2010 for a single-family residence upon our property. As the Builder requested, we waited until near the end of the first year after taking occupancy to provide him a written list of items that needed to fixed and issues we noticed. In good faith, we tried to satisfactorily resolve these items over the next twelve months. Quite a few items have been resolved. Unfortunately though, today, there are still a number of outstanding items from the original list. We have repeatedly asked for the Builders assistance in resolving all items over the past year. Yet a number still remain and the Builder no longer responds to our request to resolve the outstanding items.
