heater or not is a moot point. the water heater manufacturer has many other companies to choose from. there is no reason for this complaint to go any further.

I am rejecting this response because: The business gave me a warranty on my product which they installed and know they are leaving me in the cold with no coverage. Other companies wont honor warranty if they are not the installer.

Review: Called business numerous of times but got no reply. Left voicemails still nothing. Company states they no longer provide warranty service for services already rendered on their answering machine. I needed service on water heater problem.Desired Settlement: Need a warranty for the water heater I paid for(500$). If anything happens to it I would need a warranty on it.
