There is no hot water in the washers even if you choose that setting. The employee told me there is no guaranty to get hot water. It is not posted anywhere that you won't be getting hot water during your wash. When I called the owner/manger to ask a question, he cut me off and told me "DON'T CALL ME"!
I then asked for a refund and so he gave me one. But then he went and turned off my washers I had started and told me to take my clothes out and go.
The worst customer service, dirty facility and rude management.
I will not go there ever again and I encourage everyone else NOT to go there.
