Review: I purchased tires back in December 2012. I have had the tires rotated every few months to make sure they wear properly. When I took my truck in to have the tires rotated this last time, the service technician did not tell me I had an alignment issue. I did not notice the tires were wearing wrong in the front until several weeks later. I took my truck back to myers tire to have the alignment corrected. The next day while driving down the interstate (straight road) I noticed the steering wheel was not straight. Due to my work schedule (working 2 jobs), I could not take my truck straight back to them. It was a week or so later before I could take half a day off work to go back. When they put my truck back on the alignment machine and put the steering where where it was straight, it made the front end alignment way off. The main guy who works in the front of the store (don't know this name (was wearing a hat) said it was my fault since it was way off. Before he said this, I had walked back inside the main waiting area and he had asked me if they had gotten me taken care of. I said no. I said Myers Tires screw up has now caused me to wear out 3 tires. Two from where the guy did not tell me I had an alignment issue and one from where the front end alignment was done wrong. This clearly made him angry has the stormed out of the main area and went out into the shop/service area. After a few minutes I went out into the shop to see what was going on. This is where the main guy I had been dealing with started yelling. He asked me how I would like it if he came to my job and said I screwed up. I said if I had done something wrong someone should tell me. This is where he also said it was my fault the front end alignment was wrong. I paid over $850 for these tires less than a year and a half ago. Now do to Myers Tires issues, 3 are wore out on the outside edges. They are not slick but have a lot less thread than the center of the tires and/or opposite side. This was extremely poor service and behavior. ThDesired Settlement: I would like my tires to be replaced. I bought my tires from Myers Tire, had my alignments and tire rotations done by Myers tire. I have done what I need to to make sure I keep the warranty on my tires. Due to Myers Tire service technicians not doing their job correctly, my tires have wore out prematurely.
