On November 30, approximately 6:pm I went into TJS Hair Art Beauty Supply to shop around and purchase a wigDuring my time of shopping I was assisted by Dion one of the store assistance in finding a wigAt exactly 7:pm I found and paid for a $European Front Lace E, LH-MINDY wigAfter purchasing the wig, Dion the store assistant helped me with styling the wig, and with styling meaning (cut the lace frontal to fit my hairline) as well Dion noticed the Lace frontal needed a little work with blending as the wig was newDion suggested that I use a glue to hold the front of my wig and I immediately told her that I cannot use glue on my skin, so instead Dion brought over a jar of gel to help assist in blending the lace frontal to my headI told her I was not comfortable with her doing so and she told me I had nothing to worry about and that the gel would lay the edges and it was harmless to the wigI was attiment about her putting gel on a new wig as I did not know
Angel Wells contacted me via Facebook saying she knew how to do a certain style to my daughter’s hair, we made an appointment and all in my post I stayed that the style needed to last due to the fact that my daughter’s birthday party was Saturday and we are also due to PCS soonShe did do my daughter’s hair but an hour after we got home it started falling out and unraveling I have pictures and witnesses who seen her poor workShe offered to fix it but it was clear that she didn’t know what she was doing at allI went to get a refund and she only gave me out of my hundred I do not believe how she conducted business was right or fairI have pictures of her work and it was truly poor and didn’t or wouldn’t lay at all I would like my full refundIf possible
