Review: In the middle of August I signed up to receive a free trial of Alpha T and Alpha Ripped that this company offered, I only had to pay for shippingUnknowingly at the time I was also signing up to be put on a monthly renewal at a cost of $for Alpha Ripped and $for the Alpha TI contacted the business once I received the first renewal of both bottles on 10/16/and asked to be taken off the renewal for these products and talk about their return policyI was told all I had to do was return both products with the given RMA# on the package and I did so on 10/17/On 10/22/I received a refund for the Alpha Ripped for the amount of $but nothing was received for the Alpha TI contacted the company on 11/10/and expressed my issue and they had told me that according to their records both refunds were refunded on the same date, but an investigation would be filed and I would receive a phone call within daysI contacted my bank to verify that no refund for Alpha T was receivedAfter waiting a week I called the company again 11/19/and told them I had not received a phone call or any information on the problem and they said they would file another complaint and make it a priority and I would receive a phone call within a couple of daysAgain, I called with my problem on 11/24/and asked to speak with a supervisor to attempt to get the matter resolved since it has now been a monthI was directed to [redacted] employee ID#: [redacted]She told me that she will put in for another investigation and to wait 7-business days for a responseAt this point I believe over a month was a long enough time to investigate the mater and refund me the moneyI have been told the same thing each time I called and to just wait a week for a response I never receiveI am looking for help from you at this point to receive my money back and to hopefully save others from this problem as well.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my refund as soon as possible

I finally was able to locate this customerI processed two refunds today; Alpha T - $and Alpha Ripped - $Everything else on that customer's account was previously refunded
