8/20 A&E came out and took out refrigerant from the A/C and it still doesn't work. Now a part is needed and they will not call us back.
On 8/20 Select home warranty sent out A&E Service Company because our A/C froze over. The tech Curtis O Bass Jr took out refrigerant. A/C still not working, we called Select home warranty they told us to call A&E still under a 30 warranty. He came back on 9/4 and as of today still not fixed nor will anyone give us any information. When we do get someone at the office, they just tell us that they have to call the teach and call us back. As of right now, still no one has called us back and 9/20 will be a month without A/C. Please help us.
Fix the A/C, and have someone who has power to call us.

This is the response to the complaint that A & E Service Company received. Mr. was a warranty customer for 2-10 home buyers warranty company. A & E was dispatched to service the customers HVAC system. We did not take parts from Mr. unit nor did we do anything to his system. We were advised not to return to his residence to do any work. I am humbly asking for the Revdex.com to update A & E Service company profile.

No it is not. They did take from our unit and not one person of management would call us back. We paid for services that they made a mess of. By seeing the time frame their responded, should be a very clear view that they don't care about their customers.

We are only able to pick ONE complaint, This person that runs this company has so many more issues, Non responsive , does not follow through on appointments , does not return phone calls ( unless he wants to BS you ) Put my brand new unit in last year in the summer, took a month to get him here ( in our home buyers insur, we didn't pick him, we got stuck with him ) Then put in the system WITHOUT the heater, and when I called when it got cold, he new who I was, he was well aware the system wasn't in full tact. NOW, the unit is 6 months old, wont work. Cant get him here. Nice on the phone, However my wife called this morn early ( cant get him any other time ) he answered the phone sleeping and calling her by a woman's name, she laughed it off saying I'm not your girlfriend, I will call you back when you wake up. He called her back 10 min later yelling at her, telling her SHE was unprofessional and had called him too early on his personal phone ( It was his business phone number ) , and to get another company to come out. AND he has another month on our contract. Smooth

Repair FINISH YOUR CONTRACT WITH US AND STOP EXCUSING AND BS US ! There should be NOTHING wrong with a 6 month old system !

This is the response to the complaint that A & E Service Company. A & E Service Company was called to do a job for Sears, we installed the equipment for Mr., Mr. girlfriend called my personal cell phone at 5:30 am when I answered the phone she was speaking very quietly and when I asked who was calling she responded "its not your girlfriend" so I asked her why she was calling my cell phone she started laughing. At 8:00 am I returned the call and asked why she called my phone she starts yelling at me about her air conditioning system. I advised her that I would not be able to service or repair her air conditioning because of her threats and advised her to call the warranty company and have another service company provide services for her. A & E service company does not take threats lightly and we felt that we would be subjected to harassment if we were to go back to the customers home.
