I placed an order on 11/29/13-the first order was too small, I exchanged it for a larger size, I got the order back and it was a completely different quality of the item (different color and material). I called to confirm they received the item back (as they don't notify you and it was sitting in a delivery area until I said something) and return it again (both times paying for expedited shipping as they didn't provide anything) and it was still a completely different quality item. I call and spoke to a number of people and got a guy on the phone who then said (and I assume is lying, as it is still listed on the website) that it was sold out. I asked for a refund, explaining I closed the account that I originally used to purchase and got [redacted] on the phone who said she would call me back in two days. This was in early March and I just called back today and spoke to Brent and then to [redacted] (the supervisor, who said she was the onlky supervisor which I beleive is another lie as [redacted] said she was as well) who had no explanation of why my call wasn't returned as well aslet me know the refund was sent to the closed bank, after I requested not to. Now I was rudely instructed to call my old bank as there is nothing they can do now because they lied.
