A & E Tax Services

We filed our taxes with A&E in early April, 2013 along with my daugthers tax return. My daughter has not received her federal or state refund and per the Internal Revenue Service they have received her information and it has been rejected twice now, an email has been sent by the Internal Revenue Service on two different ocassisons to the business email address of [redacted] explaining the reasons for the rejected forms and how to correct them with no reply from A&E Tax Services.They inputted the incorrect banking information and SSN when filing by efile and that is what needs to be corrected. I personally have sent an email approximately two weeks ago to the same email address listed with no reply to this date. I have left several messages on the business phone line ###-###-#### with no return phone calls. I have left a message for the owner, [redacted], his daughter, [redacted] on her cell phone which she provided to us. My wife was promised a call back from [redacted] on June 5th by lunchtime, no callback has been received. My daughter went to the Internal Revenue Service today and they advised her A&E Tax Services is holding up her refund. The lack of response from this establishment by phone or email is unacceptable and the fact that we are talking about a Federal Tax Return that as time goes on incurs late penalties, interest, etc., which my daughter will not and should not be responsible for!
