A Eddy's Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Called 3/11/13 to request service call for a flooded basement (suspect sump pump failure). Appointment was scheduled for 8am 3/12/13. By 11:30am on 3/12/13 no one from company called or arrived for appointment. I called to check on status of service call and was assured he was on his way. He arrived after 12pm. The sump pump had failed ("burnt up") and the plumber replaced unit with new sump pump. I paid for the pump and the service call. Called 3/22/13 to request service call because basement was flooded again. It appeared that the newly installed sump pump had failed. I was informed that the plumber would arrive at 4:30pm that day to look at the sump pump. No one showed up by 5pm. I called a little after 5pm to check on the status of the plumber's arrival and was told that he would not be able to make it until 3/23/13. The appointment was scheduled for 8am for 3/23/13. The plumber arrived around 9am. He reported that the sump pump was blocked with debris because he forgot to put a filter around the pump. He reported that previous pump had likely failed due to a similar blockage. He fixed the problem by putting a bucket around the pump. The pump was working when the plumber left. He left a bill for the service call.Called afternoon of 3/23/13 (before noon) to report the sump pump had stopped working again and the basement was filling with water again. I was told that he would try to make it back in the afternoon. No one showed up or called by 6pm. I called the plumber and was told that the plumber could not make it back out to look at the pump today but would be there 3/25/13 at 8am to repair the problem. I was told the reason for the delay was that my location was not convenient to his other calls. By 11:30am no one had called or showed up to look at the pump. I called to and was told that he was on his way and that he would be there within the hour. No one showed up by 1pm. When I called he hung up on me. He never showed up and never returned my calls.
