The job was not completedThe mover was rudeThey left my dog crate at old house and had to go back to get it on my dimeWhen I refused to tip in cash, the mover became physically aggressive and called me an unprintable expletiveI say to stay away! Just today....I got tagged in a Facebook post where the company said"Our movers stated that your apartment was the unhealthiest environment that they had ever experiencedThe mover that had some choice words for you is no longer with our companyThe other mover (a year veteran in the moving industry) took photos of the horrific sceneShame on you." My response was "Thank you for letting me know that your employee took unauthorized photos of my home, where I have an expectation of privacyYou have violated by right to privacy by illegally taking photos that you claim publicly would shame me in publicYou have violated the Florida tort and shall see me in courtSpecifically, you have invaded my privacy and published private (although false) allegations about me In Florida, the elements of a publication of private facts claim are: (1) the publication; (2) of private facts; (3) that are offensive; and (4) are not of public concern I will be filing suit for Invasion of Privacy and Defamation in civil court! I suggest everyone stay AWAY!
