Received bill for work on central heating system. $60.00 diagnostics fee. $135.00 for 2.25 hours labor. $258.00 for the part. IN ADDITION TO THESE FEES, THEY ADDED A $25.00 'REPAIR FEE.'It seems to me, the diagnostics, labor, and part costs IS THE REPAIR. The receptionist at the company told me the "REPAIR FEE" was the fee for putting in the part. This seems to me a corrupt and fraudulent charge as "putting in the part" is the LABOR.I think this company is ripping people off with an arbitrary $25 fee per repair.This is my opinion, I am not sure what your outlook on the matter might be.
