Had concrete work done. Job was not done to our satisfaction. Many errors. Steps were not leveled properly. Dimensions were off. Steps were uneven, roughly finished, and cracks are visible in newly poured cement. Plywood exposed in concrete. Railing is loose. The dimensions were off so contractor had to have my (2) railings modified to fit the new dimensions. As of today with many requests he has not returned our two (2) railings. Which are greatly needed.
