This light was not on when I brought my car in initiallySo you decided to keep my car overnight of April *,to fix this problemI come back in the next day April *,I drive my car off your lot and noticed that my steering wheel is not aligned, had to bring my car back for another overnightIt is now April *, I finally get my car back after this horrible nightmare.This is my complaint, Honda is at fault here for not checking the Safety of my car before I drove off the lot Twice!Airbag light being on and my steering wheel not aligned, these were not issues for me when I brought my car in for my annual service, my car was in perfect shape.Shame on you Babylon Honda In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

*** *** brought in her Honda CR-V into our Service Department on April *, with 82,miles on the vehicleDuring the Multi-point vehicle inspection it became apparent that the Power Steering Rack & Pinion was leaking fluidAn estimate for repairs was provided and Authorized
by the customer for $+ taxUpon completion of the Steering Rack replacement, we found that the aged clockspring had failed for which we replaced that component at No Charge as GoodwillAfter rechecking the vehicle's Alignment and road testing the vehicle it was operating as designed by the manufacturer on 4/*/The repair has been completed in a professional manner as requested by the customerNo refund for services rendered is availableThe Customer Signed the work order and the final invoice, then made payment on the proper bill on RO#***Our Service Department always strives for complete Customer Satisfaction and provides a Warranty for all workmanship and parts

We appreciate your Patronage at our Service FacilityWe are happy to have assisted you in identifying and replacing the failed Steering Rack as displayed in the attached authorized invoice along with the free replacement of the unrelated failed component as Goodwill. Let me remind you, I came in to pick up my car on 04/**/2015 after having my steering rack replaced, which I know I signed for. I started my car drove around your lot and drove it right back into your service department because my Driver side airbag light was on! This light was not on when I brought my car in initially. So you decided to keep my car overnight of April *,2015 to fix this problem. We have reviewed the documentation in this vehicle purchase deal and the Lease Agreement consists of a Gross Cap Cost of $45,828.24 as agreed with the customer. The transaction includes the agreed upon Vehicle, Acquisition Fee, Service Contract Protection Plan and Applicable Sales Taxes as were all...

clearly documented. All documentation was reviewed by and signed for by the purchaser on May **, 2015. Copies of the documents were provided to the customer at the time of delivery. There were not any discrepancies in the terms of the agreement. We look forward to a continued positive relationship with all customers at Babylon Honda.

The signed Buyer's Order and the signed Off-Lease Liability Agreements were both presented to our customer and both contain their signature acknowledging the terms of the agreement with our Sales staff. The lessee remains responsible for any outstanding expenses related to their prior lease. The documentation clearly does not support the current position that the customer would not be responsible for early lease termination fees. We look forward to providing future vehicles to our loyal customers. As discussed with our Sales Manager, the customer would be responsible for remaining any payments not the business.
