I looked at records last week after we spoke last week & realized that [redacted] s vehicle DID NOT come into my shop over a PCV valve issueI replaced one Variable Valve Timing (VVT) solenoid, ignition coils & spark plugsAll new replacement parts were usedThis vehicle did return a couple of days after my initial repair because one of the ignition coils I installed was faulty (one had an internal short, factory defect I would imagine) so I replaced the faulty coilMs [redacted] was suspect about my repairs after this incidentShe became rude & started arguing about everything I discussed regarding her vehicle & did not believe anything I had said from that pointShe brought her vehicle to another shop (after I blocked her number from calling me, I refuse to fight with anyone) that shop said the vehicle had the wrong PCV valve installedThis repair had nothing to do with my prior service to this vehicleI can provide receipts for the parts mentioned above, you are even welcome to speak to the company I bought the parts from, the sale & later return of the defective coil can & would be verifiedI have been open since & have not had a single incident with anyone until nowI absolutely refuse to argue with people, I do feel this is partially my fault since I dealt with this woman in the first place, considering she was bashing the garage she dealt with before coming to my shopAt Ms [redacted] 's request I went over her bill from this previous shop & the bill was accurate with the work that shop had doneShe seemed upset I would not agree or side with her that this first garage took advantage of herI have worked very hard to have a good reputation which I have maintained until now

I had to incur the time and expense necessary to have the vehicle properly repaired at *** ***The mechanic recommended at that time to report Mr*** to the Revdex.comThe work performed by Mr*** and the end result was a danger to my safetyTherefore demand is being made to return the $ expended
