Review: A & F installed $14,000 worth of stamped concrete in my back yard. They provided a one year written warranty against labor defects and material defects. The job has now severely cracked throughout the entire site due to inadequate site preparation. They neglected to compact the soll and/or use sand. As a result the cracks did not expand in the correct expansion joints but through the flat surfaces. Upon contacting the company the owner said "concrete cracks, no warranty" and hung up. He refused to even come and look at the job. He was obstinate and rude.

Stunned by his misbehavior and lack of concern, the real issue here is fraud. He promotes a warranty without any intention to enforce.Desired Settlement: The job is in need of repair. The cracks will only get worse over time. An alternative is a billing adjustment to compensate for the labor defects.
