Used this company to move about 30 miles - they were very friendly and professional and my bill was a fraction of what other local companies were quoting me. They showed up and hit the ground running, my house was empty before I knew what happened. I recommend them highly and would use them again for sure!
We hired AF Moving to help with our move from Akron to Green. We scheduled weeks in advance, but come moving day - they didn't show up. We called and it took 3 phone calls to even get someone on the phone. Seems like they double-booked for that day without even knowing it. The movers ended up being 6 hours late - by then we had moved most of our boxes on our own and just left the big stuff. If we wouldn't have done that, there's no way all of our items would have fit in their truck (we were only moving from a 2-br apartment so it's not like we had a lot of items). The movers themselves were great but whoever runs this business is unorganized and unprofessional. They gave us a tiny discount for being late and went on their way. Would not recommend this company.
