I was charged a process fee of $500 for a loan application that was to be refunded upon approval or deccline of the loan, as advised by representative [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] had me to wire the $500 to someone name [redacted] (Western Union Receipt [redacted] on March 8, 2012. After confirmation of the wire, Mr. [redacted] advised me that my loan request was declined and that I would receive a refund by cashiers check for the $500 plus to $40 wire fee, and that the check would be cut by March 15, 2012. I telephoned Mr. [redacted] on March 19, 2012 and he advised me that the check had been mailed on March 15, 2012 and that I should wait until the end of the week to receive it. As of today's date, March 27, 2012, I have not receive the check, nor any update from Mr. [redacted] in regards to the refund.
