I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I am happy to produce phone records that will show I was not contacted by this company until after I submitted my complaintI was told that my paperwork was not initially filed when they said it was and I was told that I had to come in so they would be able to correct whatever was wrong, which clearly did not happen since the bank account they entered was not changed or removedIt is A&F's job to ensure that my return went to the proper account or to my addressSince we agreed that I would send it in by mail, there should not have been an incorrect bank account on my paperworkA&F has made allegations against me that are incorrect and they do not address the fact that they made a mistake and have not taken proper measures to correct this situationI spoke to the IRS last Thursday,*** *** the check is still in the bank and there is nothing the IRS can do except encourage us to file criminal charges against this business*** did my initial return and *** did the "corrections" and the only person I am able to speak to is the receptionist *** had no idea what is going on and claims she is unable to reach the owner or manager, except on one occasion that I am aware of where the owner/manager said she didn't have time to deal with me.

*** Please understand for once.You was called about your refund was send to A & F Tax Service.You said why it was not sent to my Bank? You was told because there was no Bank info.for your Back account in your file it said E-File only.You was
also a where of the prices when you sat at the desk to do you taxes the price list is setting right in front of you and you was told the prices.The day we got your check you was also told if you do not want the check come to the office we can return it back to NTSand that they will send it back to IRS.and you can get it by mail! Your answer was noThe next thing you came to pick up the refund signed the check out that every thing was fineYou ask why did we print you a check? Mam please understand we could of send it back to the IRS.and said oh well she don't want her check like this.But instead we went by the rules and called you let you know what was going on with your refund.Oh and also *** went out of her way to show you some place to cash itYou got your refund in days the fees was $for e-file service.This is the only thing can be done for you now.Bring the check and we will call the NTS and IRS and see if you can get a full refund!!!!!!!!!!!!! I fill you got the best service in all you got your refund back in little days when it should have been days.I fill there is nothing we can do from hereI hope you have a better tax year next year

I ALSO CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY TO ABOUT HARASSMENT IN A BUSINESS AND ON THE PHONE.I AM VERY SORRY WE CAN NOT HELP YOU MORE.ONCE YOU PUT YOUR TAX PAPERS IN THE MAIL IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS .IT IS UP TO THE IRS TO GET YOUR CHECK TO YOU.
