I have used this company on a couple of occasions. Mr. Falcon has never given me an estimate and needs to be called after his people have started a job but have not completed it. This was the case when I called him to reattach my fence when 2 sections blew down during the wind storm we had a couple of months ago. His people came out but said they couldn't do anything because it was raining and the cement would not hold the 4x4 and they would be back in a couple of days. It took his people over a week to come back and again I had to call Mr. Falcon to get this done. The 4x4 was placed but rather than the cement non visible, it's a blob about 4" running up the 4x4. It was done very poorly. Approximately 2 weeks later I had to again call Mr. Falcon to get the fence attached and have approximately 6 fence boards replaced. Mr. Falcon sent me a bill for $315.00. According to other contractors this was extremely excessive.Desired SettlementI don't dispute the fact I owe Mr. Falcon for the job. I just think he should be reasonable with the amount. The invoice he sent me had no cost breakdown for either items purchased or labor. Let me know if you'd like to review the invoice as well as his threatening letter. Mr. Falcon has also filed a Mechanics Lien.Business Response [redacted]Document Attached[redacted]Hi My name is [redacted] Falcon and Owner of A Falcon On The Rescue Co. and yes we have provided a service to [redacted] house located at: [redacted], [redacted] contact me on February 25th after a very strong and windy storm that damaged her wood fence on the back yard. [redacted]s requested assistance right a way do to her dogs wore home alone and with the possibility of running away, when we arrived at the property the wind storm was still going so it was not possible to repaired damaged fence at the time, [redacted] and I agreed to come back after the storm to repaired damaged fence. When the storm was over we schedule her back to go and removed damaged broken 4"x4"x8' post and re-enforced wood fence ( for us to replaced post we had to remove a couple of 8' fence section, remove post, provided and set new post on concrete, and because of the strong wind storm we had several of the same service calls, we set the post to let concrete drying and left to assist more service calls, than came back to re-set wood fence ( see photo attached) NOTE: we had to make 3 different trips (2 employees) to take care of this service call do to the weather conditions.I been in business since 1996 and I be happy to provide you a list of customer for you to contact them and find out how we handle our customer service.Sincerely[redacted] FalconA Falcon On The Rescue Co.
